We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt on unopened accessories. Just send it back with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return and we'll process a refund. Shipping either way is non-refundable. Please allow adequate time for payment institutions to reapply credit. Any refunds will be issued as credit back to original payment method.
At this time our tea is non-returnable. (Our lawyers said so.) But if there's ever a problem, give us a chance to make it right.
