RETURN POLICY

We are committed to offering you the best quality teas and accessories on the wings of unbeatable customer service. Before anything is shipped, our team triple checks every order for quality and accuracy. If for some reason we fall short, please let us know.

We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt on unopened accessories. Just send it back with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return and we'll process a refund. Shipping either way is non-refundable. Please allow adequate time for payment institutions to reapply credit. Any refunds will be issued as credit back to original payment method.

At this time our tea is non-returnable. (Our lawyers said so.) But if there's ever a problem, give us a chance to make it right.
